I think my fundamental mistake this game was not adding on more factories after I started gaining map control; but I would like to hear what other people think. http://www.sc2rc.com/index.php/replay/show/1311 Cheers! =)

As you pointed out your low amount of unit building structures (ports/facts/barracks) didnt let you mass enough to prevent his pushing through or to re-mass sufficient unit to save your expo (at 12). He had a significant ressources advantage when you took down his high yield mineral expo which was basicly mined out. He was sitting on 8K mineral/2K gas with an army a bit under yours, like 110 vs 130 food while you had stashed around 2K minerals. He was able to pump a new army in no time to break through your contain with those thors which soaked up tank shots while his tanks got into position. Was a gg nonetheless, some pretty cool HSM usage as well, those vikings he had just melted away.

Does anyone know how to get this to work? Thanks. Sounds like you don't have the maps in your cache. Search google or even this thread for links to download cache files you're missing.

More replays of me, Rhavanna, playing as Terran in platinum div 3. I'm not the best player, but I try all sorts of random strategies. Some of them work, and some of them end terribly, lol. [url blocked] Enjoy!

I'm not exactly sure how "total garbage" falls into the "constructive" category however, but anyway, no offense taken. We're currently working on a lighter version for people with older computers. For the record, the website doesn't lag at all for people with somewhat recent computers. I can open 10 different tabs on the website and it's lag free, even though my computer if far from being the latest gaming system. But I definitely understand that we need to make it lighter for older systems, and we're working on that. I fail to see the comparison with geocities and myspace though. The information is structured in a very simple way to give access to content quickly. Hell, I find that the website is much less cluttered with information than most websites out there. What do you really mean by that? "The bar at the top clashes with the rest of the background". Do you mean the top menu? That's the first time I hear a negative comment about it, what do you mean exactly by clashes with the rest of the background? Thank you for your feedback, it's much appreciated. ps: What internet browser do you use? Which version? Well, he is telling the truth, your website looks like someones elementary school project. It reminds me more of a WT site like http://ladykatt.homestead.com/main.html than a serious one, the only thing missing is some midi music playing in the background. Just a question. Why do you thing every single major serious site on the Internet has a slim design, mainly just text and some structual php/asp design? Go check some of the biggest sites yourself. www.google.com, www.wikipedia.org, www.facebook.com, www.twitter.com, www.thepiratebay.com, www.biggestbonus.org or even this site. Do you see a lot of random boxes that doesn't fit into the background? Do you see a lot of bars and boxes flying around? Do you see text in different colors and sizes all over the place with large images mixed in? Thankfully no, the sites are slim and provide you with what you want, the information and the service, not a bunch of random crap graphics that doesn't even fit together. You may think you have the hottest site on the planet but in truth, as everyone here tells you, it looks like a jitter. No small improvement will fix that, the design has to be remade from scratch.

As I said it in a previous reply, we're working on a lighter version currently. It should be ready within a couple of weeks tops. The flash version will still be available for people who enjoy it. That might surprise you, but many people actually do enjoy it. I perfectly understand that some people do not want to waste a few seconds for some animated windows to load and want the info right away. But some people actually enjoy being on a website where it's not just about getting the info you want, where you actually experience some sort of theme/ambiance. That's what we tried to do with this site, and believe it or not, many people like it. We didn't try to be freaking google or twitter or any super corporate giant, mind you. We tried to make a fansite for a GAME, so we made a dynamic website with a lot of elements to play around with, incorporated a lot of materials from the starcraft universe, such as the old school SC1 sounds that play when you log in or when you level up on the site. People do enjoy that, feedback proves it. But some people don't, they prefer the ordinary "Here's the info you want, please click on the advertise on the way out and now begone". I understand that, it's perfectly normal, to each his own. That's why we're making a lighter version. Please have a little patience.

http://www.sc2rc.com/index.php/replay/show/1412 Pretty damn hilarious game played at the high gold ranks. My opponent opens 3 gate proxy, which I barely fend off. In return I cannon rush his main, leaving us fairly even. Hilarious and very hectic game. + Show Spoiler + This is also an excellent example of how you throw both an economic and army advantage away.
