If Roro breaks out at all it's a pretty big loss in econ, losing a forge/gateway/cannons. That + the short rush distance means Tempest is pretty much dead.

My point is, the two cannons that didn't warp in weren't even close to warping in and that Tempest's strategy would be far more effective if he instead invested those minerals into cannons at his nat in order to kill the assimilators to hold the hydras at bay until he got his reaver or whatever he was going for.

They were 15 seconds too late. I think that if he didn't trap his probe they would have been on time.

Fine, that's my point, at that point in the game, the cannons would not have made it on time, instead I suggested that he build cannons at Tempest's natural in order to kill the assimilator. He could've build the cannons earlier since you don't have to worry about trapped probes at Tempest's base and the cannons could kill the assimilators thus blocking any units from reaching Tempest's base allowing his reaver to get out or whatever Tempest was going for.

The main problem with that is that Tempest had no scouting - Roro could've 1 base teched to mutas and then Tempest would've autolossed.
