Also Rushout 3 is really good for Terran putting Iris in a good position if he does win, they will probably send out a terran and Iris is traditionally solid TvT

Obviously, luck is more pronounced in ZvZ than other MUs, but only on non-2 player maps. Also, skill obvious does matter in ZvZ, Jaedong clearly proves that statement.

ZvZ is luck based. Whoever doesn't admit it is just in denial.

If you look at the name of the stream, it says whatever ch#_hi iirc. That means it's the hi-def stream so there should be a low-def one somewhere.... Would be awesome if that could be found.

And again who said 12 hatch wins?
Don't forget to add applying pressure and how much of it to the zvz skill list.

It's because of the map. It's pretty good for Zerg, but also Rush Hour 3 follows up, so if IriS wins he will need to continue on RH3, which is a great map for Terrans.

However, 1) You get free scouting in ZvZ, something that's not true for any of the other MUs, which reduces the "luck" factor and 2) let's remember your initial statement:

One player has good stats so that completely disproves my statement? It doesn't, sorry. There is always an exception, but that doesn't deter from the fact that ZvZ is luck based.
