If they are any teams that have not i suggest a -1 game penalty(example team 1 wins 3-2 they get 1 Point but since they submited line-up late they have win/loss ratio of 2-2 (valid for playoff reasons) in the score for each 24 Hours of lateness unless they have a valid reason. Maybe then team captains will start to be on time.
Agreed, Its unfair on the Teams that actually care.

I'm allowing a little lenience this week since everyone is still getting their shit together, but after that I won't tolerate much slack in terms of late lineups.
What pebble suggested seems about right.

Don't mind him. The micro for toss is not very intensive, which is why he plays it. All he has to worry about is making an army, getting out an arbiter, and expanding everywhere. But with terran, you gotta mine the map, slowly push while expanding, and have the greatest positioning.
And on the other extreme zvt Bio play is very difficult, compared to your forge FE toss who just needs an observer, a few storms, and a few zealots to clean up everything.
Life of a terran is hard, yet it will harden you if you go far.

If you say so.
Protoss has to be constantly clearing mines (not so bad once u have speed, but exceptionally micro intensive until then), positioning to defend harass, expanding, and then battle micro. You have to get your army into a proper line of engagement, have it spread, dodge emps to arbiters, micro zealots into the tank line, drop and cast storms from your shuttle, and constantly be spreading your army as you engage.
I don't find terran engagement micro to be more taxing then protoss engagement micro.
Where I am willing to concede this a bit is when your dealing with small scale stuff in multiple locations. Protoss can just do some degree of a-moving at those, and terran still has to be sieging and mining.

PvZ isn't bad.
TvZ wut? o.O That is probably the MU that is most stable in favoring terran. Unless you're like me and consistently lose multiple marine control groups to 2 lurkers.

i can't storm or break lurkers for shit
my big problem in tvz is hotkeying my bio and irradiating defilers/ultras on time

Every race is hard. Starcraft is hard. Don't try to invalidate the efforts of your fellow competitors. That's just unsportsmanlike.

Breaking lurkers took me a while to learn. It's all about patience and whittling them down, storming clumps of units as they come in. Storm + goon shot is nice too for thinning the ranks. It's also really easy to lose against them if your builds aren't good or efficient.
Storming, yea I guess if you cant drop sexy storms PvZ is harder. Comes with practice. And watching snipealot.

More often than not, I think Terran players are just joking around in that certain races are imba. If I were to be serious, I'd definitely acknowledge the crazy range of Siege Tanks and the crazy cost-effectiveness of Vultures, but I'm joking around, and I'm pretty sure others are too.
But if they're not, then you're right, Starcraft is a successful game in that every race is virtually balanced out with the races each having its perks and disadvantages. It's imba if Protoss wins, but skill if Terran wins. It's using imba swarms if Zerg wins, but skill if Terran wins.
