why not build up a crowd to back our fellow foreigners, instead of yelling at each others.
course 2 games don't mean much but these two games means he's certainly practicing sort of seriously which makes me glad to see.
when magic~phil (for instance) says something like "go fisheye", instead of other people actually cheering for fisheye too, they fucking get offended cause their idol wasn't mentioned at the same time.
GO FISHEYE! (and the others~~)

The tourney format is what it is because of scheduling and production issues. You can post there all you want, but I can tell you right now it's not changing.. and for that matter can't change due to those issues.

What do you mean by production issues? Like they dont have time to cast more games or the koreans dont have time to play? I was simply thinking they did this cose SC aint that hot to them right now.

Don't really want to go into detail beyond that, you'll have to take my word for it (or not, I don't care ). However, just think a little about your last statement. Does a company fly out 4 players from overseas, put up a bunch of prize money, invest a lot in the aesthetics of the event (check the Korean flash site to see what I'm talking about), and most of all expend the absolutely ridiculous amount of time and effort that goes into running a live event because they don't care?
Also, keep in mind that BlizzCon was only 3 months ago and the tournaments for SC and War3 there were pretty much identical. I can tell you not a whole hell of a lot changes in three months in how "hot" a 7 and a 3 year old game become to a company. There's the issues I sort of mentioned which are the determining factor here, but there are also good reasons why the two games don't have identical tourneys this time: the War3 one is the finals of a 64 player tournament played on Battle.net, in its third iteration, after a three month long qualifying ladder season while the SC one was an invitational. The easy route for a company that doesn't care is not having an SC tournament period, not doing all this crap just to play it out in a different format.
