The timing is at 3/3 200 food mech.
I LOL'ed at this one
I'm going to be rooting for Jaedong. Once more, for the Swarm! Also, if it comes down to game 5, they shouldn't play it... they should have a staring contest!

donnngggggggg for the win!!!

I'm sorry to post this here as well, but does anyone know the best way to get to the event area from Seoul? I'm not entirely confident what I have found on google maps is the location, as the names differ slightly.

Well jaedong is by far my favorite player (probably of all time) so of course my opinion is biased. but this map pool looks like utter shit. fighting spirit and triathlon are fine imo (and the stats seem to reflect it), but polaris rhapsody is crazy imbalanced. its had a fair number of games and its clearly T favored.. but I guess its hard to make a completely balanced map. odd-eye 3's stats probably arent too reliable as it hasnt had many games, but still. 75% for T is pretty ridiculous. i think the most likely way for jaedong to win is a reversal.. winning on both the balanced maps and one game on polaris. i believe he's thumbed odd-eye 3 before which would imply he doesnt like it, meaning he probably isnt good at it, and i would expect flash to take at least one (if not both) of the games on polaris. taking set 1 would put jaedong in a very very big advantage too, imo.
i hate to say it, but i think flash might win this series; heres to hoping that im wrong, hey?
JAEDONG HWAITINGGG

Iam scared!! TT i want OSL
|
with these maps it would be a big upset to me if jaedong wins
|
Hey Rekrul, where are you? We want your money.
|
That's so close. Jaedongs Elo in zvt is 2286, exactly Flashs tvz.
But, of course, Flash for the win!
|
Polaris Crapsody twice again? Really?
I hope they drop this map and Odd eye 3 next season and try to create some balanced maps
|
>>so good luck to jd's kwanro style aggression to try to take out our hero.<<
I definitely feel like this is the key. Effort was able to do it in the later games against Flash, JD insisted on outexpanding Flash and fell flat. G3 is of WCG finals was foreshading ragemode kwanrodong!

Speaking as a statistician in training, none of those samples are really significant except Fighting Spirit (which, not coincidentally, is the closest), but that doesn't stop people from whining about the maps.

Not hard to look up in TLPD. I wouldn't care much about it though.

Should be interesting to see one of these guys cheese. While Flash has some kind of previous-MSL-finals-head-game advantage based on builds (14cc or not?), Dongle has been doing some interesting stuff recently, showing he can hang well against mech.
I really hope JD wins cause he's a beast, and it would influence Flash to refine builds again which is already exciting; but we've seen that when Flash gets to prepare for an opponent he is almost unbeatable. Also Polaris Rhapsody twice for TvZ, ughhhhhhh come on.
Two 2 player maps, one 3-player, and 4-player is a nice mix, if Odd-Eye 3 was replaced with Match Point, I might say the maps are in favor of JD but alas...
|
Hopefully this will be a cakewalk 3-0 for Jaedong, since my nerves are as weak as spaghetti.
|
Jaedong is not going to get 3-0,

Because there's a clear strategy that we can see work out on Odd Eye 3. The stats merely support what we see in the games.
