Yeah, Flash didn't do that many all kills... cuz the rest of KT is uncannily good at getting only 1 kill. Thus Flash had a ton of 3-kills in WL and 2-kills in PL.

Ruby thought flash expanded, so he built his starport. before second fact. Flash didnt expand, so he won.

Think 3 Vultures can also trup 2 Factories and 1 Barrak do you really need to add +80 secs build time and that cost need to be removed from economy Ruby needed to build units and it seemed to anyone didn't had? The Starport ruby did was correct move, if he could survive the russ he may cleaned his base from the mines with a Scan and the Wraiths, he may also counting to scan the area with the wraith from a possible macro build, they are fast, as Flash did (some luck need it) + the drop ship protection. It's alote of safer to make some tanks, vultures before you spend for the 2nd factory or expand or a mashine shop upgrade (siege mode). Ruby was late, TIME is needed to make units no matter how many minerals you have in the end.
14cc cost more than 400 and that's the thing, you need 12 scs to the minerals + 2 scv to the refillery count it down (cost + build time) is always risky but Flash manages to protect with "Flash can happen to anyone" Technique without loosing mutch in an early push and that the second issue.
The thing is you must ALWAYS can answer the questions "i have x mineras y guss so what units , how many in what time i can build?", "he lost x minerals and y gass what i can do this advandage" if you wand to have some chance with Flash and this the other real issue.
I really thought the "looser" lyrics was enough.

O bonus tip: You see Flash blocking the exit analyze the move it gives him TIME to build unit also he can protect it with 1 tank + 1 marine = something he is prepering (i assume is safe to start PANIC). Macro build may not worth the TIME in the end Flash eliminated the TIME to get enemys base with a an early dropship OUG.

Okay coming to watch it again, i think i come to this conclusion
Like all ballers Ruby wanted to 14cc versus flash, knowing recently flash almost never pull 8 rax BBS in a tvt (lol)
So yea, and Flash played standard. Flash probably wanted to two fact or fact starport or expand, but Ruby somehow glitched himself in by building a supply depot. Ruby also saw the 3 SCV's on gas before the scv died, therefore Ruby thought its gonne be some gas heavy build like 2 fact tanks with a very fast siege mode, or just a plain 3 fact vults on one base?
Either way, Ruby responds by building a starport, researching siege mode, getting an academy, after his first factory thinking that he can get away if he can get siege mode asap, hold his front, use his buildings to stop vulture runby, and he is ahead 2 v 1 base.
However Flash knew Ruby knows he had 3 scv's on gas. therefore he guessed Ruby will probably get a fast siege mode to stop his "supposed 2 fact tanks siege mode" push. So he decided to do a timing drop with mines, which work perfectly as shown, he got his vultures to murder the first tank with mines while Ruby had only 1 fact and its producing tanks.
The 2 port was also excellent, not only did give a "buffer" if his vult drops failed, it also transitioned smoothly with his fast dropship. Very excellent decision making there. Also to note, 2 port also raeps 1 port w/o armory

The only thing i have to add to your post is if you see Flash's games he started to play with 1 scv in gass in many games (trying to push down all the limits) Rubys he already has 2 command centers he is gathering minerals and gas alote of faster there for he builded 1 Armory and upgrate the armor he had 1 goliath already, also he had the economy to start the clock upgrade to the Starport's controll tower. Flash hade to put 3 scvs in gas just to keep up couse he is alote behind we all know if the attact is fail he may be age's behind in the middle game. An early 2 fact siege push can fail with some early wraiths flash allready did that in previus game and this way you 'forcing' the other player to spend for an 'early' Armory + upgrade to do Goliaths remove this build TIME and COST for the economy and TIME need it to produce units. (Fanny but we just did throw up everything hehehehehe)
The resume in all these is that both players took the right desicisions Ruby seemed to played without a mistake but some diffrence in litle details always making the BIG DIFFERENCE.
In the bottom line is not so important to see the others players base the information "is there a 2nd command center?" is need it some things are basics.
