That game was not like Flash at all. More like EOTS was PvT imbalanced. look at the fucking games. ForGG, Barracks, Light, Frozean, Leta, Canata, Hwasin, FBH. Those 8 players would go 3-5 or worse on almost any map in existence
Movie expanded to like 7 bases in little to no time, Flash was turtling, and it was his fault for turtling. Flash was trying to split the map like he did on NHBR, he just couldn't do that on EOTS because of the terrain. I call that imbalanced.

Not so much he could do after that massive attack. He didn't have the tank count to fight on at that point while going pure goliaths. The thing about PvT vs big clumps of upgraded terran units is that you never actually break the army with your first few attacks. You can stasis it but you always lose when it thaws. But Movie killed a lot of tanks and vessels. The terran can afford to lose vults and mines and turrets because that's all worthless and easily replaceable. But his tank count is meant to endure and slowly increase throughout the game. Movie hit him where it hurts. Although he didn't win with the attack it was still huge. It took a lot of the punch out of his army. Movie didn't go pure carrier. He went carrier/goon/ht. And strange as it sounds, tanks are actually a huge part of blocking that. Flash would have been very hard pressed to get the appropriate number of tanks to give his goliaths the cover they needed. Remember Movie was on 6 gases, ht were not a problem for him.
Agreed on every point. Maybe it wouldn't have made a difference at all in the end but the fact he didn't smell it is still a little bit surprising. Maybe he'll have something to say about this in his interview (should he win the series).
