he was talking about the one to the right hand side of the first ridge. Not the one above the natural defending the top lane. At least I thought he was  | ||

At least I thought he was Well he said depot WALLS so I don't think it really matters. Iris also made a wall on the right side except he didn't put it to the RIGHT of the ridge. I suppose this is because Iris and Best were playing on the original HBR so it doesn't benefit Iris to put his depot wall to the right of that particular ridge. For the new HBR, by placing a wall in that spot, Terran can grab the mineral only and defend it really easily. | ||

Every RTS player worth their salt has thought of walling in with buildings. This isn't new - what's new is a Terran who is patient and capable enough to camp like crazy and deny Recall attempts so cleanly. Why isn't this completely standard? Either most Terrans can't handle it (nerves/less skillful defense) or non-Movie Protoss players have tended to defeat it. (Flash got his third and fourth up much too easily.) | ||
