d_so are you of the opinion that any of best's recalls were effective in any way? you realize that killing a bunch of turrets and a handful of vultures is never worth an arbiter and two control groups of protoss units right?

Lol, please stop. Jeez. Scvs didn't even matter. Maybe you missed the part where Best had like 10 units to kill 30 unstasised units + reinforcements. Yeah, that was going to happen.

I thought the 1o2o3o4o of 3/3 tank army of flash would just ripe him apart effortlessly. =( This is my second TvP I've seen since flash vs bisu on medusa in a long time though ... I guess it just always looks like protoss can win .....

LOL? | ||

Making a player keep going for the win might be good as a mental strat (the frustration), but it really isn't good sportsmanship. Anyway, long game over - hopefully an exciting 3set! Well I think it is a shock for Best, when he charge with confidence to win. And in few minutes his formidable army is evaporated under Flash's tanks. He just need some times to accept that. He didnt try to hide a pylon or anything. ![]()

See arbiter nonsense at the end of the game for reference. And no Terran would quit the game when they have the game won 99% THE ENTIRE GAME like Flash did. Best's recalls were ok but he never had a chance after midgame. Period. Best would have won if he didnt threw away his goons against tanks on high ground, defending the 6th oclock expo. He could have waited for mass zealots and kill Flash army, again.

what he shouldve done was recall his lots right on top of those super-denesly-clumped tanks; it wouldve instantly destroyed half of his tanks from all the cross splash fire and zealot attacks and perhaps would've even dragged a couple more mines for additional havoc damnit there are so many things that a latelate game toss couldve done in best's situation and he didn't do any of it

Are the scv buffers worth the supply they take up? I really feel like I'd rather have the extra vultures but there must be reason for them.

I thought Best was gonna lose the moment he put his nexus down(but without following it up with a fast 3rd) after HAVING SEEN flash do it first. I thought it was going like Flash wanted.

Ht's wouldn't have done shit because, if you noticed, Flash compeltely replaced every unit he lost with TANKS. That's expensive as fuck. Whereas Best didn't replace them because he was broke. Even if Best had half his army left after that fight, Flash had 20 tanks hotkeyed up directly after. Best would've marched towards his natural only to die a painfully tank based death.

then he fucked around bigtime, and the match became very retarded. If flash had played seriously after taking out best's nat (while taking his own 3rd,) then it would have been over. Best played pretty well I thought from the position, but there was really not much he could do after that first push from flash. i woudl not recommend this game simply because it became a huge slop fest from flash, where he still managed to ride his big lead all the way.
