Anyone have tips for the 3 goons vs 1 tank 4 marines and 2 vultures, on the PvT micro map? Only one I'm having trouble with ): | ||

It's all about picking the Tank off and moving goons back and forth to prolong each of their life Iaaan. After picking of the Tank it just becomes a matter of dragoon dancing and hit'n'runs on the marines/vultures. | ||

also would be good if you can have a map for 2 people practicing. (really practice, not for fun UMS) | ||

Did you guys want me to increase the map size and make it multiplayer? Do you want it to be like a race, or where both players can just take their time? | ||

If Blizzard does half as good a job with the Challenge maps in SC2 as you do with these, it'll be a hell of a lot easier to learn than SC1. | ||

I think increasing the size and making it multiplayer would be cool, but I also like the idea of human opponents being able to micro against you...and I also like to be able to practice on my own so its a very hard choice hahaha:-D...but if you have it where more than one person is playing then you should make it a race to see who does it better/who loses the fewest amount of units | ||

So far... - there is going to be 2 players, 2 computers, and 4 observers. - each player has 3 objectives to complete within a time limit. a) the player must kill a certain amount of probes. b) the player must push all the way into the protoss main base and kill his nexus. c) the player must have below a certain amount of resources by the time the timer ends. this is achieved by macroing at your factories and building turrets in your push. you must have mined a certain amount of minerals by the end of the timer, so you are unable to simply stop mining in hopes to achieve c. - there is going to be 3 difficulties. as it gets harder you will have to kill more probes with a shorter time limit and have even less resources at the end while killing the protoss. - the units you produce from your factories disappear once complete, but you and the protoss receive reinforcements as the game goes on. you are only given 1 dropship at the start. that's about all i can think of right now that's in it. Probably won't have the time to finish it tonight, but this week I should be able to. if you have any suggestions/questions shoot. | ||
