lol 3rd paragraph of the copy/pasted thing describes it. Its original name meant "finally" or "at last" in gaelic, and faoi alone is gaelic for "under" or "below".

btw: obs had a problem, players 5-8 (the obs) were disabled for some reason, which of course would make the obs version useless. I fixed this, so if you downloaded the faulty version sorry.

stalife, besides nazca, and maybe one other from an earlier season there aren't any other user maps that I know of. And as far as I know, they don't plan on implementing a mots. If you want them to, perhaps mass msg their admins asking for mots

I can't help thinking that losing map control on this map places you in an unwinnable position. That min only is just too vulnerable. Storm, tank pushes, vult harass, lurks etc. Normally you can lose map control, fall back to a choke and recover. This map is less forgiving.
