It was in Wizard's best interest to claim War3, although I would have prefered he choose SC:BW, as I was 2nd in the Raleigh, NC semi-finals for War3 (and so would have advanced). Wizard's chances of qualifying for War3 are over 50%, while his chances for SC:BW are only like 3%, and with the computers not being worth much, we decided it was best for him to keep his War3 win.

well the "no name [cf]" guy wasnt bad, i had beat him 2-0 kinda easy before in winners bracket finals, then we played in finals i lost 0-2 first game i kinda got cocky while i was winning and lost 2nd game i picked JS hoping he wouldnt know the map well but he did and positions favored him aswell as me playing pretty poorly, overall chicago was a sham the guy running it had no clue what he was doing and the brackets were drawn up on an old piece of paper, the rules werent followed(the players got to pick the map they played on so consiquently 95% of the games were played on temple), then the guy who was running it tried to make me play a guy who had lost already, not to mention the fact that there were only 10 computers there and i had waited like 1-2 hours between games without any notification on what was happening. Chicago was run horribly like last time, im not too mad about not winning although i was the better player and most there would agree to that. Pyyrhus isnt bad at all i just played poorly in the finals and tried to choose map imbalance over skill =O cya

Since Rekrul closed the other topic where BleWw, Lumberjack, and Marshall were discussing/arguging or what not, I'll respond here.
This is to you Marshall: Firstly, the first game I played vs BleWw in finals was JS by default because of the organizer. One thing you dont know is that I tried to make 2nd game into LT to give BleWw a non biased/race advantage map and make it fair. But he (the organizer) said since the finals started on JS they must end on it. So don't make it sound like I went out of my way to force him to play on that map.
And also don't act like you've seen me play or know what "caliber" my skill is. I hate assumptions by people who have thier name in the USA "pro-gaming" scene think that only the people they know are good and there is no exceptions. That assumption is total and utter idiocy.

i came in 2nd lost 2-1 in finals. . . or organizer didnt know how 2 organize the maps right but he was kool. me as a protoss user the only fair map was LT and i only played on LT one time . . . and i played all terrans but 1 toss and JS is super gay . . . PvT and all of the games even finals was best of 1 really gay i mean i didnt even get to pick the map? some kids played on LT up to 3times. . . where i only got it once. i wish the WCG competetion had been better set up. But i played horid that game and Box played really well and beat me t.t but life goes on

I wanted to be known and i thought i was someone. Some kid had to play two first round matches, while another guy got a bye. Sadist's first round opponent had his comp restart 3 different times against Sadist. He was playing Behemoth[cf] and they seemed well-matched and playing 5 straight games against a tough opponent can take a lot out of you. Anything can happen on any given day, I managed to beat Sadist, rs.day[9] beat ilnp. (no disrespect to day.) you would laugh at someone too if they asked for something as unreasonable as what he was asking, i do remember bumping the back of my chair into him once on accident ...yet this did not knock his keyboard off the table, like he exaggerated it did, and it did not happen twice, as he said it did. i tried not to be a dick when he said that, so i reasoned with him that if he had asked for a rematch at the time, or if he had paused it and said "wtf i just lost my whole force cuz u did that" ... i would have probably agreed and we would have gotten the moderator to give him a re ... the problem is, he asked for the rematch after he had already won 1 game in the losers bracket ... any type of rematch at that point was ludacris. it was him that left after this happened forfeiting his chance at winning ... i wasnt going to bring any of this up as he was humble after the tournament and actually wished me good luck, as did zerguser[rush] which is why i havent said anything about either of them.
as for my 'bodyguard' ... that was just my friend stryxis, he knew he wouldnt win because i was in it, so he drank during the tournament, he just wanted to have fun. he was telling me how he wanted to pick a fight with somebody, and gary (zerguser) kept telling him to shut up, like very seriously .. i thought that was pretty dicked ... so stryxis decided that he wasnt going to let him talk like that to him ... so next time gary told him to shut up, he said something to the like of what u posted ... it was not in defense of me, i didnt need defense from anyone nor did i ever ask for anyone to help me in any type of fight ...

actualy the me telling him to to shut up was more like this " hey be quiet, please" in my stressed out, I know I am going to lose voice, he thought I was talking directly to him and even worse thought it was just at him so he gave me the benifiet of the doubt,and walked off, then after I won my game he came up and said " Don't ever tell me to shut up again, or I'll break your teeth in" Then I found out he miss understood what I ment, I apoligized, then he realized I was losing to marshall , in the middle of the final beat down, he walked off and bought me another Diet coke [Woohoo!]. That symbalic jesture was very appriecated. And unless I miss understood our parting, he will come on uswest and msg me for some games and, everything is cool^^. Did I misunderstand him marshall?
