I’m looking for some use map settings ‘base defense’
Strictly vs the computer with waves incremented after the initial build phase/s.
Not looking for turret / sunken maps. I want to build what I choose!
Being able to use more than one race at a time is a plus for me.
Basically I want to start with a command center and build up a defense ,and then defend off waves, protecting a structure or until my buildings are destroyed .
No silly beacons or confusing crap, just build and defend a location or building.
I remember playing games like this wayyy back in the day and since I’ve gotten back into broodwar as of late I am craving some maps like this.
Can anyone think / name a few for me to investigate ? Much appreciated. It must be possible on Single player ! Thanks Looking forward to your suggestions .

I was thinking about kind of map years ago... I dont think there is any currently, but it can be created. It will take some time ofc, but don't know, if time investment into this will be worthy tbh...

Out of the thousands of maps already created, I'm pretty darn sure this already exists! Maybe not exactly but I've defeinitely played one back in the day where
you are defending a Temple at the bottom middle. Can't remember if that one is even build a base though.. is that called defend the temple maybe?
Then there was another one that was like a long and semi narrow path way all the way down to one of those Protoss chambers with the alien in the water that you had to defend. Remember that??
The third one I remember was like 4-6 bases in the bottom of the map, and you just start with a CC and scv's and start mining, then you set up defenses on the high ground with siege tanks etc. basically defending everyone at the bottom of the map. There were little ramps up to horizontal high ground areas and then beneath that the entry way for mobs to flood into your bases

Also, time investment is definitely worth into this if someone wants to try their hand it it. I would but I dont really know how to use triggers that well and stuff.
