The Korean players are unbeatable We need a Chinese champion in this format to attract more spectators and players The rules for Anchor Qualifying 3 are complex and cannot be fully presented on liquipedia

There are still many competitions in China, and almost all the champions are Mihu
|
Mihu earns an estimated $100000 a year play Broodwar

not so much.
liquipedia puts Mihu's earnings in 2021 at $18315USD,and in 2022Q1(20220101~20220404) at $9366USD The data of 2022Q1 is relatively accurate and Plus additional sponsorships and streaming revenue what liquipedia can't count We estimate that Mihu's annual income is 350,000 ~ 400,000 CNY(~$55000USD)

XuanXuan(Birth1998) had a breakthrough performance in qualifying 3 and BLS14. DuGu(Birth1996) also returned to play. Both earned more in the 2022Q1 than they did in all of 2021.
But it is true that there are not many young players. This requires constant publicity and more public events. CSL5 will start, Any player can sign up.It's a good observation.

It is very convenient for European and American players to participate in Chinese competitions,China's game time is the daytime in Europe and America。 However, it is very difficult for Chinese players to participate in European and American competitions. The game time is usually 3-4 a.m。 I'm very glad to welcome enough European and American players to China's competition。

European and American players have participated in Starcraft events in China before
Sanpao StarLeague CellGame Cup/2
C-OSL 5
2007 PGL Season 1 1st-$4,000-PL Draco
2006 IEST
The biggest obstacle for European and American players participating in Chinese events is network latency. In China, the games are live ,It's not that the live broadcast of REP. But as I know, in the future, Sanpao StarLeague already has plans to organize matches between Chinese and foreign players on weekends.
