Since heal by medics after stim or after rines take dmg is not casted by the player but done by the unit automaticaly when in range of dmged units, I would say swarm is the answer.

3. Dragoons, scouts, arbiters and corsairs, so 4
4. Scourge, larva and a dark archon has 25hp and 200 shields, so I'm not sure that it counts.
