Yes the legal way is to issue the mineral gather command before losing vision. The illegal way if I remember correctly is to shift + right click on gas --> shift + right click on gas again --> shift + right click into their main. Just tested and you can bypass a blocked ramp without having vision of their main  | ||

Same trick, but you click a mineral instead of a unit, and use just 1 worker. Then the worker floats trough units blocking the ramp even with no vision. Thats why its banned as well. | ||
