So I wanna find ALL the resources on the topic. The guide below is a good starting point alto most of it has been patched. I want to make clear I am not looking for additional software or 3rd party tools that enable things. Just ANY tricks that are ALREADY in the game and have not been patched out.
Also how did people find out about those? Some tricks would be discovered by playing countless hours and trying everything out. Others are so specific I cant imagine anyone discovering by coincidence.

workers, for some reason, still harvest almost as much ensnared as they would normally. The difference is really, really small. Been testing this over and over again for some article we wrote for the Advent Calendar. Supposedly has something to do with the gather move and how workers turn around after gathering minerals.
2. Queen + Hallucination / Hallucination in general
A hallucination of a queen can still infest a command center.
Also, any spell onto a hallucination will destroy it - e.g. recall. Found this out the hard way when trying to troll someone with recalls of hallucinations of probes ;/
more known "exploits"
3. Turrets + Obs bug
You can make turrets fire again, if they were broken by observers. Just order them to stop often enough. Same goes for glitches out ranged units, that won't move. Just stop and it works again.
4. Unload / Patrol + Aircraft Ships
Unloading pressed on overlords/shuttles/dropships makes them drop their units while still flying onwards (moving drop). If you find the sweet spot (relatively hard / magic box), it will unload multiple aircraft units.
If a transporter (or a corsair/valkyrie/devourer) is moved with patrol, it will automatically retreat if it's fired on from ground. Helps as newb to stop a silly drop in no-time.
5. Casting on moving units
Casting dark swarm on big units like Ultralisks while the army moves is a nice technique. The defilers are slower, the ultras are slightly faster when upgraded. So, when ultras clash, the swarms will come with a slight delay, but sourround the bulk of your army quite nicely.
Similarly, casting psi storm ON TOP of zealots/Archons against zerglings/zealots is very helpful. Just move the zealots back the instant anfter and the hostile units will follow them, running into their doom.

does this work with corsair + probe stack?

Time to test the hallucinated queen! That is AWESOME! Thanks for the contribution!
5 minutes later... I tested it on version 1.09 and doesnt work. Doesnt work on 1.16.1 either. Have you done it yourself? How should I do it?
the craziest (most applicable) glitch that i didn't learn until like last year after playing for like 12 years was the worker stacking attack.. it's absolutely fucking op if used correctly.. not drone drilling, i mean the shift to gas then attack stack.. i believe the command order is this:
1 group drones (or scvs/probes) on a mineral stack 2 right click an unoccupied geyser 3 before the drones reach the geyser, shift-attack move near where you want them to attack
the drones will STAY clumped regardless of orders if done correctly, allowing for mega drone drills that give you like 40 DPS (aka marine ONESHOTS) if you have 8 drones.. this combined with ling micro can make holding BBS pretty ezpz lol but most people don't know about the glitch (well, terran and toss will usually have gas up anyways if they have lings near workers so it's not as readily applicable for them). but still! try it out, it's dope
edit ~ lmfao at someone trying to hallucinate probes for a bm recall... nice. best game ever

Yeah. Thats why it is banned in all tournaments. ; D

is it really??? i only ever see observer trick and allied mines banned, never seen anything about the a-move stack being banned (or else i would have looked into it sooner xD)
Yeah I think it's banned that's why you never see it when the pros play. Another use for it is for a worker to bypass a unit blocking the ramp. I used to do the trick last time when there was a dragoon blocking my scv on the ramp

I think if you tried you would not be able to be more vague about it! Please tell me how or where I might be able to find a way to do that. Seems cool.
JUST DID IT! INFESTED A CC WITH A HALLUCINATED QUEEN. SO HAPPY!
Here are the Koreans doing it:
It ALSO works with a Scout. You need mutalisks. I suspect you would be able to do it with any air unit that can attack the CC being it landed or floating.

You have to repair it fast enough in between the Queen entering and the Queen actually infesting it. It's hard, but I saw it happen, most memorably in a match between Bakuryu and sas.non.
