Maybe you need to have it running when you play the game in order to save the replay with FPV enabled? Like PenguinPlug back in the day?
EDIT: Oh, this is Bisu vs. Flash g1 from Sino-Korean Carnival! Then it certainly makes sense that they would be using this program while playing on Chinese computers.

no, this tool is just analize the rep, dont need record fp by this tool.
Wow it's a big breakthrough for BW. I heard about old progam which records fpvods and converts them to replay, and only those replays are viable, not sure if it was Penguin plug but this thing is really neat useful because appliable for every replay. It's so strange that 100~KB file can contain every move. Thanks a lot.
Also it didn't work in folder so I copied it and pasted to desktop (you can only copy shortcut of .exe file). Make sure you don't have a window of source location of file opened.

Cool, thank you for clarifying! That makes this tool pretty much incredible.
Looks cool, but still worse than what we had in the ~1.12 era =/ The software back then could both interpolate mouse/screen movements (not always super accurate, but not jumpy like this), as well as optionally record those movements to replay files (making the files larger, but not hugely so).

I don't think it does work with mca64-Launcher, even if it would you wouldn't be able to use the tool because mca itself changes the functions for the f-keys. Using a shortcut on the desktop to the .exe and running it as administrator after starting Starcraft without any launchers worked for me.
Ok got it to work w/o MCA- just needed to add the intorep.dll as well as the exe file to desktop. Works perfectly- thanks a lot Heluq and the developer! I was watching Bisu's fpvod of the first game vs Flash- omg the second failed recall into mines he saw with an observer! I really feel like he could've won that game if not for stupid mistakes like that.
This tool is actually fantastic if you want to focus on improving.
You can watch a replay from your perspective and as an omniscient observer. When I watch replays of my games, I'm often wondering: "What the hell am I doing here? Why aren't my lurkers burrowing etc". Now I can finally see where my focus was during such important moments.
The alternative is of course to record all of my games in FPV but that would take up quite a lot of memory in the long run.
Sorry to bump an old thread but the download link is dead and this is something I'm interested in using. Could anyone please reupload the tool somewhere?

am I missing something or does this just approximate the screen position by examining unit selection actions? That is, it would ignore screen position hotkeys and generate false positives for unit selections via control group keys.

It shows like the video , but i have no idea how it works,I think it examen the replay per actions, can't show like f2f3f4 area, because the data is not in replays, and it doesn't show mouse trails. If you want some more information, idk i could contact the programer who made it.

I think it basically replicates the data points from the replay through "camera movement and clicking". Pretty simple. However Penguinplug replays also replicated the mouse movement, so it would actually be like a FPVOD. Of course this would require a special, separate replay, which can take quite a lot of space (I remember it being 1-2 mb).

Ashur took it over and made SCExtension as the next version, then Blizzard killed it to release bad replacements of its features (and in many cases, so as FPReps, no replacements).

This only works for 1.16 replays. You can view first person view when observing a game by clicking their name but not in replays. I was kind of hoping blizz would add this to the replays for sc:r, but if not maybe the guy who made this updates it for 1.19..

I think that's only in a live game no? I don't think you can do it from replays, only obs.
