Do some searches here at TL, a few months ago, I recall someone posting a screenshot of a pop-up window in Korean notifying him he had been banned. The pop-up appeared right after entering his login information

Maybe you're experiencing lag? Or maybe consider trying to create a new account to see if that resolves things?

-1 from Terran, +1 to zerg. No spells, it goes to Terran, but no abilities, IDK how Terran is supposed to compete without mines, siege, and stimpack, and Protoss without interceptors, scarabs, arbiters, or storm.

Protoss would still beat Terran probably due to mass goon being uncounterable without machine shop abilities. I don't count Heal as an ability since it's an automated action 99% of the time

everything that you see in the bottom side of the 3X3 is counted as spells or abilities.
meaning units can only be moved or attack move.
which means you cannot burrow lurkers etc. even
zerg would still be the best race here since mutas would utterly decimate zvt and sauron zerg style would crush storm-less toss (remember templars can't even morph into archons because of this).

I don't think it looks bad for protoss. goon/zlot would be strong enough to hold out against completely unupgraded T bio (no medic) or hydra/ling, sair could handle muta much like a normal game, cannons everywhere, and maybe aim to push out DT/arbiter. If arbiter isn't allowed because we are counting it's cloaking as an ability, then science vessels/observers would be out as well for their ability to detect, right? So still a DT running around with only slow ovie or static structures to detect, nice form of map control especially if you have some of those sairs still alive.

What about Dark Swarm? Zerg is super dependant on it vs Terran. So lategame ZvT is almost impossible to win.

Whats it like as someone trying to improve and get good as BW as a foreigner ?

is there an active enough foreign scene to make it worth it ?

Once you get good is there a lot of lag on fish ?

Then you start to win maybe 1 out of 10 games, but you're getting there! soon, you start to actually climb the ladder meeting better an better players. But wait, this process continues on forever!

well, the foreign scenes has enough players in the d to c- range, but most players C and above plays on fish. Lag isn't bad to fish, but koreans can be mean and kick you alot from lobbies if they don't like ya.
