1. They were lost in the depths of the internet, the plugin was originally written by someone on a now nonexistent Korean forum and nobody has bothered to upload it somewhere else. It would be a pain in the ass to recreate something like that again.
2. It has shown to make crowds less excited, people can better calculate how the game will turn out and it takes away from much excitement. Not my words, this is from the SoSPA era.
Sweet, thanks! I've been meaning to ask this for a while now but always forgot. Remembered when I was watching Stork vs Jaedong on Katrina the other day (yeah, the Ee Han Timing game). Looks like they used the feature for a long time if a 2007 game had it.

Agree it should not exist. The brain automatically looks at the supply difference/money or w.e and then determines how the game looks like after it. More fun to use brain yourself instead of brain using the brain.

Yeah, honestly for me the reason I stopped watching Starcraft 2 was the fact there was far too much information. Knowing exactly what is going on all the time killed the excitement for me. I couldn't be surprised by the sudden hatching of mutas or building of stargates for carriers when you see it all happen as it does.
Watching a bar going up (the timer) on when a mutalisk is going to hatch or something is going to build that could potentially change the outcome of the game is not as fun as watching it just suddenly appear!
EDIT: Sorry quoted the wrong post.

I think broodwar was easier to play when you had your whole monitor covered.. Back in the days.

Cant seem to get the ports open for broodwar, makes it so hard to find games on iccup. I see around maximum 3games when i search for "one on one"... And no one joins when i create games.. Really dislike iccup for this reason i cant seem to get it to work, didnt work a few years ago either.

Oh Last is playing on Return of the King, I loved this map! Is there a competition with RotK in the map pool ? Or it's just for fun / nostalgia

Download mca64luncher and check the "Port forwarding (UPNP)" box.

Note that UPnP doesn't work if your modem/router doesn't have it enabled, and if you have a modem+router and the modem isn't in bridged mode UPnP might see lots of errors like mca64Launcher and/or wDetector throwing your port to something crazy like 611XX

You answered your own question, they're eating Pizza!
In other news, I have a weird thing going on with Broodwar. Push to talk keys on applications are no longer picking up for some reason when I'm playing Broodwar. It worked before, so I imagine it's something to do with the mmcalauncher updates since I last updated it? (it was working before I updated)
Anyone seen this orr got a fix?
