Wait what ? atleast finish the season ? Go to all that effort to get into code S and then drop out. Just makes 0 sense.
Meh Jangbi, that's Fantasy GG timing right there, not impressed.

Goodluck irl.

PL Season is over man. This is technically the KeSPA offseason even with the WCS going on.

Yeah i supose i should have thought of that. Oh well i thought he would have enough time to retire after his code S play before the next PL season.

Hopefully we can see some Almighty psi storms in the SSL --- but either way, I'm wishing Jangbi the best of luck with whatever he goes on to do.
May the BeSt man win.

Now we just have that pussy mobile they call the mothership core and a bunch of units that instantly melt to terran infantry, something protoss used to laugh at.

Sigh.

Oh fuck this is sad. Jangbi was a truly wonderful player and an inspiration. Best wishes the him and his family, and I hope he has a future as bright and filled with success as his Starcraft career.

He seems don't care about this game anymore, he has some money, no need to force himself do something he doesn't like for very little money. Good move to organize himself, do military service, and prepare for the long future ahead of him. People need to realize that these players retiring from progaming are just kids, they are about to start their life, rather than finishing it, so they need to do a lot to prepare for it.

Good luck for your future life, beloved Jangbi!!

Kinda sad you need to get you jollies trying so hard to trash a game others enjoy because of your problems dude. But to each his own. Enjoy your inevitable ban.

WHAT!? NOOOOOOOOOOOOO! He was one of my favorite Kespa players and one of the few who's BW games I had watched . And he did so well for a while in proleague! Sad day.
I root for Euro Zergs, NA Protoss* and Korean Terrans. (Any North American who has beat a Korean Pro as Protoss counts as NA Toss)

loved that game. One base protoss survives a contain then manages to win the game even after losing so many probes to lurkers.

Where does the less money come from? I can see the less fame part, but he could have made a lot more money in SC2 than BW if he was doing as well as he was at the end of BW.

He wasn't as succefull in sc2 as bw.In bw he was a 2 time osl champion who probably demanded an amount of money fit for his performance. In sc2 not having the same performance as in bw his contract probably dropped significantly. Also he might have done some introspection and realized sc2 wasn't for him so he decided to quit while he was on top instead of dragging it out.He might have wanted to pull a jaedong and join a foreign team that would have send him to tournaments and such which probably would have been the best option for him seeing how well this did to jaedong but we may never know.SOmetimes it is best to keep it real real and quit while you are on top than let people see your decline.I can respect him for that.

He was a good player too.

Good thing I'm been tuning more and more into the SRT since WCS KR had such a long downtime after its finals

Why is this only a temp ban

I'm so sad right now. This just came out of the blue. Didn't Jangbi say that he was really enjoying the game? He was getting so good too

Yeah, I mean, he also isn't a spring chicken or anything... 24's about that time when you start thinking about where the fuck you're going with your life.

I'm sure he will come back with more shitposting and get banned eventually. His last few posts are fucking atrocious, lol.
