People aren't just complaining. They are doing something about it and actively making a server, this isn't just talk. big difference. Not because there aren't enough people on icc, but because of the lack of bw updates on icc and the general negative direction the admins are headed. I say let the guys here on TL do their magic (we just shut up and wait) and let us decide when the show comes to town. after all they are free to do as they please. go Bird server! | ||

And yet, Iccup has one giant advantage that trumps all their faults: if you host, you can find a game at any time of the day against players of a pretty decent caliber. As long as that's true, I don't really care about how "outdated" the icc server is (AH and LAN Latency are all I need), nor how much the mods abuse streamers. Why? Because those are just minor details. ICCup has games, and it has longevity. That matters more than any features you can add to a new server. And if a few features or a few bans bother you so much? Try to get enough people together to actually fix it. ICCup actually does care about what its community thinks, and TL is a good fraction of that community (they did apologize for going overboard with OP TL and some of the bans). Petty bans and port forwarding are minor details that are worth fixing rather than dividing the BW community over. | ||
