The other map would look better without Antarctica, but I guess removing it now would just be a lot of empty space. Their needs to be broken terrain in Asia like cliffs or something for Tibet/Himalayas and maybe the Urals, as it is it's waay too open. There was another World map made a long time ago. It's not as detailed/accurate as the one you made, but much better for gameplay since it makes the most use of terrain and expansions.
