I have a friend who plays Zerg in BW, and we play it for fun. However, when I play my Protoss, I kick the crap out of him 9 times out of 10, which isn't all that fun for him, especially since we don't play with other people, so it's not worth it for him to train up to try and beat me.

Hence, what are some weird or fun Protoss builds I can try? Strategies like Mass Archon, One Base Carrier, weird stuff like that that gives my friend more of a chance to win.

I'd like to avoid cheese/hyper-aggressive strategies, though if there's a legitimately fun/unique aggro strategy, feel free to tell me and I shall incorporate it into my play later on.

Is he really really bad compared to you (like E vs. D) or is he like D- while you're high D or something

If the former just pick a unit and then make only that unit (+probes), I do this all the time for lulz

Kyuu, we're both terribad, but I'd say that it's the equivalent of D- vs. high D if we were that good. I do like that idea though.

i would expand everywhere protected with cannons. make nothing but dark templars and hold block ALL the chokes. mass corsairs for detection control.

then proceed to make a city of shield batteries near his base and attack with mass probes produced from 10+ nexus.

i was thinking mass arbiters/zealots. or maybe doing quad expansions vs Z. not sure. maybe doing like a proxy nexus in nat expansion of enemy, that would throw them off. of course you would lose 400 mins. but for the laughs, it would be worth it.
