Jaehoon and Perfectman, thank you for your miraculous performances in R1, now you can go back to your slump dog style..
lol I have exactly the same anti. But I'm scared of Horang2 myself. Mainly because he's ALWAYS sent on Central Plains o.O

I like that you've dropped team wins and lineup appearances as stats, both in terms of simplifying the scoring, and in better valuing the strength of players. I also love that an anti-team can now score you points again. Before you would just hope that players on your anti-team wouldn't play, and although that's still mostly the case, i'll be rooting for my anti-team to make appearances vs the likes of Telecom and Woongjin Great Job!
Thanks! Honestly I like the new scoring even better than the old scoring, for the reasons you mention. It wasn't just that it was easier -- if I truly thought it were a better way to score I would just add a column for lineup appearances and team wins. I also like the anti-team being able to score you points.
No one has complained about lineup appearances yet, but just in case someone isn't sure about that change: before the match-fixing scandal lineup appearances were originally posted beforehand and used to be a major part of the strategy for FPL in terms of trading. In the current format lineup appearances are no longer posted beforehand and I think it's appropriate to drop them altogether from impacting scoring. Lineup appearances are now valuable because a player has the opportunity to win a game.

Is the prize for winning the same?(i.e T-Shirt and shiny icon)

You'll have to take that up with one of the TL staff, but I would like to think so!

Hmm... Am I the only one to put Flash on my anti? He's such a steal at 9 points...

I think a legitimate reason to put Jaedong (to a lesser extent, Flash) on anti is: Jaedong may be his team's ace and a guaranteed win, but his team doesn't get to ace very often at all. If you put Jaedong on your anti, you have 5 points left that can be used on scrubs that are pretty much guaranteed to lose but still play (e.g. PianO, Saint). Putting Jaedong on anti also means you don't need any of the other 5+ point players, all of whom have can an outstanding round and wreck your team.
I didn't, though. I'm banking on baby sucking. But I'm considering using Jaedong/PianO/Saint

Yes! FPL is back! I got KT Rolster for my team because I really don't see their slump continuing. I was gonna get Bisu at first, but then I decided not to cuz i think he's gonna start losing

Was a hard choice between Bisu and Jaedong, but then I remembered how p imba the maps were.
And REACH HAD BETTER START PLAYING THIS ROUND.

Should be good.

Excellent point, Central Plains has 27 PvP on it. Horang2 has managed to defeat Shuttle on that map. The only tosses that may have better or equal PvP skill to Shuttle is Bisu/Best/Stork/Free.
I hope other coaches grow smarter and send a non-Protoss to Central Plains...just to snipe Horang2.

Well, I bet for the Flash option where there's no guesswork. Flash is bound to score points while 2 other AT choices probably won't get fielded at all and thus should stay at 0.
Edit: Oh wait, they re-introduced minus points for losing... Not sure if it would be worth to change it though, there's just -1 point for losing and +4 for winning, that's a bit too much to be betting on...

i did this strat once (good guy+ 2 scrubs) and i it went very very bad...
its a high risk, if Oz "non-JD" players start winning again, JD will be able to play and win some aces. And Anytime is back to oz and will probably play this round, i doubt oz will be in the last position (losing all of their games).

The best team I've ever witnessed so far:
