Just a FYI, Roro has only lost his PL games to: Flash, Jaedong and Reality.
Kwanro and Calm are actually both good, so you should be thinking "who's better" rather than "who fails less." I chose Calm because 1) he's more likely to be sent out and 2) he's better all-around?

I'd say Calm for 3 is a real steal. He's improving, and he has good potential to beat even the best players, a lot more so than 5 pointers like Really, for instance.

PvX enigmas aside, Jaehoon's been on a roll recently. Since he is one of the players that will always be played by MBC, this might end badly.
I dunno though, it's hard to say. Traditionally he's been a horrible player, but maybe he's finally starting to pull his act together. Heck, he's even set a new ELO peak for himself, though this might reflect more on just how bad of a player he was in the past <_<.

And Really has played all games Stars have. Won most too. That will end up badly.
There are many better 3/4 point bets than Clam, honestly if you're betting on a guy who was great 10-20 months ago but has been hardcore SLUMPING (ie. losign double digit games in a row) thats a HUGE gamble that probalby wont pay off, especially if you're picking 2-3-4 guys like that.
Uh oh... when signing up I must admit I was a little ignorant on the current standings of the pro league as I dont watch it a lot. Because of this, I decided to put Bisu on my anti-team because I had always heard "Oh he was good, and then he had a slump..." and I assumed that was present day lol. Thats what I get for basing my team off names I recognize and TL posts :O

I'm wondering how you quantify not a good player 80-90% of the time when Really is 6-3 in proleague, and advances in his MSL group. All 3 of those players are basically gauranteed lineup appearances in the majority of matches each round, and have had positive records thus far in PL. Hell Hydra even won an ace match over free :/. I think that's a pretty sketchy anti-team.
I think since all the 5+ point people have a legitimate shot at putting up a ridiculous round, we have to pick the players who will get the least appearances for anti. I thought about this, and I my current 5 point anti horang2, since his team's lineup is deep and he's really only viable on Central Plains mainly. For that latter part, not only will the match not necessarily get to a Central Plains game (i think), he might get sniped because it's so obvious he'll be sent there.

In adittion, FPL also rests on the considerations of potential. Players are not only picked based on their recent performance, they are also chosen on the basis of how good can they play. Some of the 4/5+ pointers seem, at least to me, to be closer to their skill ceiling that other 5, 4 and 3 pointers.

Name a better 3 point choice than Calm.
My current plan is to go with a six or seven-pointer, take the losses (and of course hope I get lucky guessing a slump) and pull either 3-pointers or a bad 4-pointer/2-pointer combo. But I really don't know.
I have an exciting announcement: There WILL be trading this round!
More details to come -- I will post another thread detailing how trades will work, and that thread will be where you will post the trades you wish to make after each week. I can say that it will work very similarly to the way you are familiar. A big thanks to pschiu for the great idea for how to easily implement trades!
