Anyhoots, they get to see my clicking patterns. I'll make a reaver drop and they'd watch it instead of making more units and buildings in our base. It's fun. The newbies love it. Yes this is very helpful, I wish that I had learned this way with someone better, but the guy that showed me, I learned a decent amount from too.

The "for fun" games become awful when the players start sucking ass with races they don't know how to play ![]() anyway I think ssamjang won that league? I forgot T_T I heard that when Boxer played his Sudden Death games he would turtle then use EMP+Nuke or mass Yamato focus fire to win =)

Free For All - Standard start, alliances and shared vision are disabled. One on One - Free For All for two players only. Capture the Flag - Standard start. Each player controls a flag that appears after a few minutes. The flag location (beacon) can be moved once at the beginning of the game. Flags can only be carried by workers (SCVs, Drones, Probes). Bringing an enemy flag to another player's flag beacon instantly kills the flag owner. Greed - Standard start. The first player to accumulate the specified amount of resources (Minerals and Gas) wins the game. Slaughter - Standard start. The player with the most kills when time runs out wins. Sudden Death - Standard start. The loss of ANY "town hall" (Command Center, Nexus, Hatchery) is instant defeat. Expand carefully! Ladder - Standard start. Alliances and shared vision are disabled, "Fastest" game speed may not be used, only official ladder maps are allowed, game results are automatically reported. The StarCraft Ladder FAQ contains detailed information on official scoring. Use Map Settings - Uses the map's preset starting forces, resources, and enables any map-specific Triggers and Objectives. Team Melee - Same as Melee, but with Team play (shared units) enabled. Team Free For All - Same as FFA, but with Team play (shared units) enabled. Team Capture the Flag - Same as CTF, but with Team play (shared units) enabled. "Standard start" indicates each player starts with one Command Center / Nexus / Hatchery, 4 workers, and 50 minerals.

Funniest is the start when both players are trying to do different bos like buildpylon-->cancelpylon-->buildpylon^^ Late game one can micro one can macro. Sounds cool, but doesnt work haha

CTF is kinda flawed.. cuz ppl just defend their flag a bunch basically which throws off the balance, one player gets huge and destroys the other probably. maybe u could try 1v1 CTF (same race matchups) or 2v2 CTF. chasing down some guy who has a flag doesn't come into play very often but maybe if people got better at it they would focus more on being ready to intercept the flag than just defending it. greed can be interesting but really if you get in a position where u have to attack to stop them from reaching the goal (N res to win) u probably gonna fail. so it's pretty throwaway in its current incarnation. sudden death means someone loses all their shit (losing the game) if they suffer 1 hatchery, nexus, or cc death (razing). so basically ppl have to be a lot more conservative, same problem as CTF. might be okay if you love same race matchups, might be worth trying in 2v2s or 3v3s etc. for quicker games. slaughter is actually somewhat interesting. there is a time limit. if the time limit is reached, the player with the most kills wins. of course this completely changes units because you wan't to avoid giving away too many kills. at the same time, u dont want to lose before time is up either -- u might even try, or be forced to try to win before then. i think this is an improvement on traditional FFAs. it might not be bad for 2v2 play either (with a higher time limit).
