Cocaine is a hell of a drug.
Really sad news, but life gotta go on and changes have to come eventually. + Show Spoiler [OSL] +

CJ's former coach. See, maybe the Chos had a 'suicide pact' of sorts and planned to resign together, but Oz Cho had second thoughts, so CJ Cho had to nudge his friend out.
Honestly I never thought he was a good coach. From interviews I have always had the impression that they were overworked which can lead to a decrease in performance. His player selections have always seemed a bit dubious to me, especially this last season's ace matches. Most of all though is his inability in the last two years to develop someone who can play competently alongside Jaedong. After Jaedong and recently Hiya, they have NO good players. Until recently, Jaedong had been the only player on Oz who had an above 50% winrate.
Now I don't know the ins and outs of the Oz team but sometimes I had the feeling in the last year or so that the coach wasn't working in the best interests of his team with his player selection and such.

Bad bad bad
Well maybe it's because he's the older male figure that's constantly around JD, since he has to live in the team house away from his family? I don't know, it's all just conjecture though.
There is definitely something fishy behind this. He couldn't have left just for recharge just before Jaedong's final. That would have been very irresponsible.

Kind of weird that both Coach Chos are both coaches who took nearly abandoned, destitute teams and turned them into proleague dominant forces and champion factories, and both retire in the same season.

...then again, maybe not.
Cho long.
Seriously though, this is a shame
hahahahahaha i like
also i will miss oz coach cho's hair, and his appearance in future hwaseung houses (who am I kidding will there be any more of those?)
Now us JD fanboys will have an excuse if JD loses!
I wish he had stayed until the OSL run was over, now if he loses there will always be the "if only coach cho didn't leave" thing. I hope he makes private phone calls to JD giving him tips etc. This is sad news
