lol gj judging me without ever watching me play. My macro actually isn't that bad, (although not perfect) its just that sometimes it seems that lurkers have 5000hp or something, i dunno.

Terran is so much fun.
I place 1-2 turrets and tanks on my cliff while I expand.
Then I proceed to place more turrets in my base and tanks.
After that, I mass up to 2-1 while I harass Protoss in any way possible with vultures that have 3 mines each.
After the 2-1and massing up (oh so fun), I decide to push out.

Protoss is not EZ-mode and how fun each race depends on the person.
Stick with whatever you feel best; don't let anyone else tell you so.
If Protoss is EZ-mode, I expect to see more Protoss in the top 30 KeSPA.
Oh wait, there's like 6.

I always figured the point of ICCUP wasn't to necessarily win but to get better. Winning doesn't really matter until tournaments.

With zergling micro I could probably 5 pool my way to B- if I wanted to... only to get my face raped off when I try to play standard at that level.

I seriously doubt that. 5pool stops being effective at the C-/C level when every player's worker micro/scouting suddenly becomes so top notch that it doesn't seem to do damage at all.

I walk away from lurkers one second too late, I lose my army.
I siege one second too late against a protoss attack, I die.
I lose my first tank, I die.
This can go on for a while

(ps I'm zerg, not terran.)

edit: I have seen a pro player walk over 4 lurkers with a control group of zealots, he walked out without losing one.

Artosis needs to come and rage this thread lol.

Not really since its completely off topic anyway. (dang now i feel guilty for promoting starcraft racism).

People joke a lot about 1a2a3a but that's the exact thing you don't want to be doing.

When attacking into lurkers you have to send goons up front, then it's zerg which will 1a2a3a their units into you which you proceed to destroy with storm and the zealots (which you didn't lose by running into lurker spines earlier).

Same with PvT, don't 1a2a3a, you want to move command the zeals.

And since you're not a pro, anyone can safely say your macro sucks. It might not be the main reason you're losing, but it still sucks.
