mo gow chor sounds better, idk why theres an extra mo. = no mistake. ma gwy fan = annoying/irritating. au hoy = i/me sounding. i have no idea what this means, the pronounciation, at least to me, is WAYYYYY off. chi doy can also mean late/lateness.

I think it would really help if you also gave us some context to work with.
Heres the word by word breakdown:
1) "gow chor" = Mistake. "mo" = no. "mo gow chor" - didnt make a mistake. "mo....! mo gow chor!" would be repeating "mo" for emphasis, so: "no, i didnt make a mistake." Usually people don't say "mo mo gaow chor", i cant really think of a context where this would come up normally.
2) "ma fan" = annoying, "gwy" (literally: ghost) in slang use indicates increasing degree, Depending on the tone and stress of the sentance, it would land somewhere between "its very annoying" and "its fucking annoying." Note: its not as rude as "fucking", but its not exactly mannered. Like "fucking", it doesn't make sense literally but does when you use it that way.
3) "au" = (ngor) = me, the self "hoy chi" = begin, begin to "doy" = towards, in context of this sentence it would mean "for" as in "i have feelings FOR someone" "koy" = (kui) = him/her, is a gender neutral term to indicate 3rd party "yow" = (yao) = to have "hao" = not too sure, but if its (hou), pronounced like "hoe" then = good FEELING = ....self explanatory
