its 40eapm protoss vs 100eapm terran

on lower levels protoss is substantially easier than terran. We've had this discussion on TL many times, and the majority of people (even protosses) agree with it.

CapO, how do you know that the person you played wasn't a lesser version of KwarK? If he stayed in the game that long, he must've known something about SC and played at the same level as you. There's no way around that. His lesser APM doesn't mean anything. For reference, see KwarK.
