You could do a silent commentary! As in, write words over the video and just explain the most basic.
I dunno. Sucks man. =(

pretend that you are being payed money for your commentaries....then actually give yourself your own money you payed you so you feel better maybe :D idk hope you get better! Also maybe you could get a friend to help you with this?

- Like already mentioned voice and vibe is kinda cool.
- Try to say less "ya know"
- Don't do biased commentary, it's boring (nothing wrong with pointing out the favorite, even when it's clear - but don't base all your comments on it)
- Since you have the opportunity (unlike in live casts) to watch the game before the cast you should take advantage of it - make notes so you won't miss stuff
- It's not your job to figure out who is gonna win for the entire cast - if either players gains an advantage ofc you should point it out - but don't reflect everything that happens in the game upon it
- Don't feel like you have to talk non stop - nothing good will come out of it, your speachflow will grow with experience
You didn't do it in the cast, but many other casters seem to struggle rather heavily with it (even tasteless sometimes): if things get hectic on the screen, dont try to speed up your cast accordingly - most casters that do that end up simply describing whats seen on the screen with their voices doing saltos trying to comment every single micro command (it's sooo annoying)

Am I the only person who always listens to a few minutes of all of these just to see what posters sound like and to put a voice to the account name?
I did watch the entire thing and I really like your style. As a BackHo fan I should comment on the bias but it was fucking hilarious so it's all good

Thanks for all the support guys I made a mistake choosing my by far and away favorite player for my first commentary i coudlnt not be biased if i tried need more practice i guess. I actually made a note not to comment on every micro command and to try and predict more because the "Hes sending a probe to scout" comments annoy me like crazy aswell. Thanks for the tips guys and when im better i may try to make a few more. The two things i personally know i did in this cast that post-production drive me crazy is first missing the hydra den going down earlier and 2 in the earlier stages of the cast clicking my tongue lol. Il see what i sound like tommarow maby il hammer it out who knows (hurts like fuck to talk lol).
Edit: also tried like crazy to avoid saying "umm", i need icecream lots of icecream

So in the commentary, you can't watch the game and then know what to say beforehand?
And sorry about the basketball game, idk how someone kicked you though in the throat, are you short? Thats cool how another person here plays ball though seriously
