If I was planning my trip in February I would start in Thailand go to Koh Phangan on Feb 10th for the full moon party, and then fly to Phuket for 4-5 days and stay at a resort, they are cheap and awesome, be lazy by the pool or go jet skiing, enjoy the food and culture.
I would then fly to Singapore for some food and shopping and then head over to the islands of Vietnam for some of the most scenic views in the world.
But thats just me, I love the weather, I love the culture and food.

Yeah the weather's been great.Koh Phangan sounds awesome - my buddies were just there for new year's eve but I haven't had a chance to make one of the full moon parties.... yet.
Lemme know if you want any Singapore tips. If there's a place on this island to have a drink I've probably been there a few times. Can't help you with shopping though heh.
