I'd like to put Alizee in there as a joke.. what are her better songs? Also I'm looking for some french hip hop.. and the kind of hip hop maybe something like Rick Ross, Ludacris... However, any good frenchy songs would be greatly appreciated, and if you could give me a direct link to something like youtube for a quick listen.. that would be awesome~   | ||

But if the lyrics/pronounciation are as bad as on her new english album (which sucked in epic proportions), I can sympathize with your stance on her. Although most of the world can't really tell whether or not the lyrics suck in french... I started listenning to her in 2006, and only recently has it become popular to "hate" Bruni. French tabloids really know how to work it, eh? Sure she's a bimbo and married your dumb fuck president, but "Quelqu'un m'a dit" is a good album in spite of these irrelevancies. | ||

I was suprised there was no mention of Alizee... it seems no one is a fan of her? Well Ive decided to use J'en ai marre and parody her famous sexy tv performance. Was kinda suprised that the "troll" was about Carla Bruni and not Celine Dion lol. "Sniper - Hall Story" is a song that has made my short list but wasn't mentioned... no idea what the lyrics are tho, hope they are ok... Got lots of new songs to consider now thanks to all your help^^ | ||

I actually am in a French class and they are picking up students to sing in french for a competition. Somehow they selected me (wtf) So I may need help because, I tried googling some ballad songs fro french but Google isn´t so convincing, plus if you type French songs in Youtube, it's really hard to get some good music. Mods please don't flame me or ban me I need the help The question is: Does anyone knows about popular and modern french ballad or slow music? R&B is hard to do live and I don't have the vocal cords to sing any kind of rock music, and the time to rehearse some hiphop or rap music (though it would be kinda fun lol) | ||
