Do you build buildings and units in different way depending on your hand positions? Stuff like that)
I'm not a protoss player, but I really don't see how the extra time it takes to clickbuild a probe makes any difference. Would you really call NonY a noob for that statement?

I thought it was intersting that Nony used what I consider an inferior technique to build probes.
I'm not sure exactly what level of skill your at, so I'm not sure how to explain it. Generally, hotkeys are faster than clicking. That's just a general rule that's safe to follow. There might be some args for how moving your hand to the right side of the keyboard can slow you down... but again, hand speed over the keyboard is just SO much faster... it's like playing a piano v... trying to click on a desktop icon...
I'm not entirely sure I'm right, but I wish we could get some discussion, b/c I've never seen high level HK discussion besides tasteless in that thread; just random lists of 1-4 units 5-8 gates 09 nexus and the like.

As much as I love tasteless, tasteless is commentating games while NonY is going to korea to play on a professional korean team.
I personally use the 0p9p8p method, but I think it's just a matter of personal preference. I think if late game I had to have all my army units at the middle/right of the keyboard (starting at 4 instead of starting at 1), i'd get really pissed off with how far I had to reach to hit a late game. I like having those low hotkeys free.
Still, doesn't make NonY's method wrong.

Does anybody know what method Nony uses now? I just really doubt it's still probe... but then again when you get used to something over K's upon K's of games, it's very tough to changed.

If your army units were bound on 4-8 or something, where would you have trouble reaching?

If you HK nexus to 4, you can comfortably use your index to press P.
