Its a real downer for me, because everyone says my palms feel real nasty or something, makes me feel bad

There are surgeries now where if you have profuse sweating they can fix it, but I've came to think of my sweaty hands problem as psychological. Whenever I think my hands are sweating, sure enough, they start to sweat. Then I try and to get them to not sweat, which makes them sweat even more! Like JohnColtrane asked, when do you tend do get sweaty hands? | ||

I have the same problem, and as far as I know surgery is the only way to really remove it permanently if it's severe. | ||
