does anyone here know about house boats? Some used ones in the 1990-1998 range seem to run around the range of 30k-60k. They seem pretty reasonably spaced... and as a new bachelor out of college soon, I am interested in living in one. However, that's all I know so far. How does garbage and toilet and electricity and shower work? if the boat costs ~30k, then rent is only about $160 a month, and living on a houseboat is pretty cool. I just need to know what other things entail.  Many thanks!!!    | ||
