So far I've tried playing mouse only and giving him allied vision (and both, once) but I still beat him. What's another advantage I can give him that'll help him out but still let me play? (so no closing my eyes or stuff like that)

You could try giving him a headstart in mining, or not expoing more than once at a time.

-play with mouse using left hand only -you can't have more than 1 fact/rax/gate -you can't scout with your scvs, you can only scout with your first unit a few options you can try

Obviously, I tried to abuse this advantage by rushing every game. As a result my early game is really refined and now I can keep up with him in the early game.

Limit your build (buildings or unit choice) - maybe to something completely retarded, like Scouts & Arbiters Only, or No Factory Units & No Academy. No more than 2 active mineral lines at any given time. (If he's really bad, make that 1.) Sacrifice 10 workers every 10 minutes by attack-move to his base. (If that kills him.... well..... fuck, why is he still playing... -.- ok that's mean) Limit yourself to 50 supply the whole game. Limit yourself to 20 buildings, max. Trickier because you have to count the buildings manually. Play Sudden Death mode, and don't hit any of his primary buildings until everything else is gone. To make everything harder, tell him the restriction you're placing on yourself, so he can exploit it better.
