With terran it applies for almost all of their FEs so they don't really use a real modifier for it sometimes. With protoss, I think nowadays FE is synonymous with a forge and pvz, but can also be used for the nexus first builds. With zerg they just call it 12hatch 9hatch whatever :| | ||
