I know people like me are out there.
I can relate, I used to be like the way you describe.

I don't know what a conversation is.
Alright, get acquainted with this first. Read some books about it. I can recommend Cicero's De Oratore. You can learn to speak as well as write from it.

I know, I have to approach them, but I don't know how.
Are you scared of rejection? What is your issue? The faster you get used to being said "No" to, the better. You can approach a girl/boy in a polite and cheerful manner. If they decline, move on, there's nothing wrong.

I was trying online dating. No matches.
Yeah, this is heavily influenced by the quality of your photos. I had a friend who's not a pro, but is decent at taking pictures. He did some photos of me in different environments and boom - Tinder girls matches left and right. And I do not mean profane poses of even partial nudity. Everyone who knows how to take a picture will understand when you ask for a decent photo.

My spot in society is to stay at home and do nothing.
It's a bit boring.
I am alone most of the time as well. Instead of boring, I am calling it serenity and tranquility. And I use this time to lurk TL (obviously) but also to read something and improve my mind in some way. My curiosity for knowledge is insatiable so I rarely lack topics to educate myself into. I even think that this desire for knowledge is inseparable from the good and happy life I am aiming for.
