p.s. check out my facebook page, tons of pictures (that's yet to be made into a video) there that's surely to make you drool https://www.facebook.com/fooddotlog
I learn a lot from these video's. Thanks for making them Even if I do change one or two things based on what I've got available almost everything you've shown how to make that I've attempted to copy has come out really good. <3 I'll probably give this a try some time as well, looks fairly straight forward.

hey thanks!! Yeah all these videos I try to make the stuff I'm showing at least 3, 4 times before the video shoot. And the single thing I focus on in these multiple attempts is how to do it in the most straight-forward way w/o accidents.
I think I'll be making steamed fancy rolls next time, stay tuned! That is the real deal.
Yay. something quick and simple to make I love love love cilantro. Quick question: how much egg should I add if I don't want to use stock (with the amount that you made).

add as much as it makes you feel like the soup has some contents instead of runny water. I'd say 2 or 3 or 4 but really maybe just 2...
It's pretty risky to add the egg w/o the soup from becoming a goopy hot mess. What you want is stir it in toward the end _after_ you added the corn starch and drop it in very slowly and stirring constantly. It takes some efforts I htink, go try and tell me how it goes.

me too! it's literally a section of a real tree. i dislike bamboo cutting board because they're too hard and the knife bounces off. the wood one you can cut INTO the board and as a result it's easier to work with
i'm a lazy SOB and i can never make myself find a recipe, then go out, and buy all the ingredients. basically it's hard to go out of my way to pick up ingredients and then spend the time making food when there's a lot of (somewhat--still more expensive to eat out obviously) quick cheap food around DX

well it's a combination of being a real fatty and not having good access to cheap good food. I wouldn't force cooking, if you have a lot of good resturauants nearby I wouldn't cook either. I'd suggest get a date, you'll cook more when you're living with someone else
I can't believe you actually thanked twitch chat in your paper!
I started reading it and though I have no clue how you actually pulled off what you did, and why that's even possible, I'm amazed by what is in the realms of our grasp.
cheers
e: Wanted to add, that I find the idea extremely interesting and helpful.
