1. I'm rarely angry. I don't often have situations where a normal person might start yelling at another person. For example, "GET OUT OF MY FACE".
2. If I'm angry I'm usually angry with myself. In the past this has been moderately detrimental to my mental health but with time and maturation I've discovered ways to deal with self-anger in more positive ways.
3. When I'm angry I try to be empathetic and try to understand things from the perspectives of other people. I also try to look at my various options and try to pick the wisely.
Overall I don't have to rely on other people too often which helps reduce the opportunities for anger to occur. I've also adopted a fairly relaxed and chill perspective on life and don't really care about things I use to care about.
How about the rest of TL. What are your experiences with rage and anger?
