Having played over 100 games as Terran in BW over the last month-ish, I decided that while most Terran units are great(marines, tanks etc...) I do prefer the Protoss race in a lot of aspect, probably due to all the different abilities to tinker and play with etc... Anyways, I decided to play BW with Protoss and got a PvZ:

Game starts off normally. I spawn at 7, my opponent at 5.

Since I know 0 builds aside from forge expand(don't even know the timings lol), I just go for it.

Bad engagement there losing most of my army led me to turtling with hts and trying to bust out from a hydra and lurker contain.

GG! Hope you guys liked it! The game would've been more exciting if I didn't screw up my two engagements and fell behind in supply lol.

lol. I umm was planning to go for scouts because I thought I was ahead that much but I didn't scout that hidden 3rd until much later+had to get corsairs for the mutas. All in all, good fun and scouts are one of most favorites units in the game! :D

BW BRs are the best :D

Try 11 nexus 11 forge next PvZ, it really works well and the cannons are up even if zerg 9 pools if you don't screw up the timings (which are really tight, if you mess a little the cannons won't be ready for the lings!).

Cool report !

By the way, the space between the rock and your forge is not zergling tight. Should be either forge on the left and gateway on the right, or gateway on the right over the forge, or the "korean" wall using a pylon. If you start PvZ make sure you know how to sim city well, it will block millions of runbys and zergling all-ins !

4/5 for not telling the full tale of ManScout

Other than that, you really should have scouted more. Not only did you build a Scout, but you also have played as Terran before, so you should be used to Zerg's sneaky expansion traps. Other than that, watch the TLS to see how to scout like a ManToss, like d'RaW.

ya, I made sure that he had to keep units over and over before he finally overwhelmed my army lol. I think the supply difference was 70 or so before we had the first engagement. I would say the lurkers were the thing that helped him break through.
