So I'm studying graphic design at uni and fourth year is dedicated to MS Paint. One of our assessment tasks is to waste as much time as possible on something completely unrelated to the course. This guessing thing has been done before on TL but I thought it might be fun to have a go. Not really sure how hard these will be for you all, probably not very. I've also included some very poorly contrived cryptic-crossword type clues; you won't need them I'd say. Good luck!

Got everyone except for whitera and nestea
I thought nestea was select!

I got em all except for Dimaga, but some of them weren't super easy  Well done ^^ Sometimes the clues helped; sometimes I just looked at the pic (e.g. Polt).

Got 3 and 5-9 without taking too long. A good combination of name hints and picture. Kicking myself when I clicked the spoiler on #1. I knew I recognized it!

Only missed 2 - + Show Spoiler +Grubby and Nestea. I also was 100% sure Nestea was Select; this photo is from the GSL makeup sessions and Nestea looks so different there that I couldn't think of him.
The text descriptions helped me, also just knowing well the popular photos of progamers.
It's a quite interesting experiment, because for example I could look at the image of + Show Spoiler + and see that he's there almost just as clearly as if it was a non-puzzle picture, yet it was very puzzled. It's an interesting experience for one's brain to face its own ability to comprehend reordering effortlessly (muhc hwo ew cna raed tihs instantly).

Yes. Some gamers have very defining characteristics, for example + Show Spoiler +Stephano's hair (the fuzz)

How could people think Nestea was Select when the picture shows the person is on IM and the clue is "4. Comes in a variety of flavours." ?

I got ret and stephano pretty easily. I should have gotten a few more but I didn't realize the hints were hints.
I also thought nestea was select haha ^^ But I do have select vs creator playing in the background...

Seems as though people found it harder than I thought they would.
