Dear Guy with brown hat on Teamliquid at University of Toronto at Mississauga. Yes, you.
Sitting in HIS204 this morning, my stalking creeping casual glancing of nearby laptops turned up something interesting. At first it was only a sidebar.
A blue sidebar.
The most recognizable blue sidebar in the world.
As I peeked my head forward to creep further get a better view, all was confirmed. I saw those majestic white horses marching across the top of the new, widened page (which confused and frightened me as I had not yet heard the news), and everything became entirely clear. For the first time in over a year at this school, I found a true sick nerd baller. To be sure, I’ve seen people playing or watching Starcraft around campus, but never someone browsing the greatest website on the entire internet.
It wasn’t long before you fired up a stream. It was Catz’s stream, a game on Metalopolis, and it was at this point that I decided “I have to go talk to that guy.” Lecture was delayed due to technical problems so I surely had time. But just as I started to stand up, it began. I missed my mark. Though I knew the 10 minute mid-lecture break would likely be absent today due to the late start, I remained hopeful. Hopeful that when 10:00 rolled around I would hear those familiar four words “Let’s take a break.” But the time came, and the words were not uttered.
Finally the lecture finished, but you disappeared into the crowd. There was nothing I could do. But you’re here, I know you are. You’re going to read this, and you’re going to know who you are. Failing that, I guess I’ll just have to find you next week. : )
Anyway here are some things I learned through my unnerving stalking studious observation:
- Also plays LoL, so I dont know whether he’s on TL primarily for LoL or Sc2. But he did go right for Catz’s stream, and his desktop had Sc2 as the first icon on the top corner with LoL below it.
- Desktop background was I think that Boxer picture at MLG where he’s the last one there. Has some sort of writing under it.
- Wasn’t signed into TL so maybe doesn’t have an account? If not, register and post here !
On one final note, I swear this was much less creepy before I wrote it all down. : )

Anyway yeah, he was only two rows up so I could creep him pretty good but I just never got a chance to get up until the end, where he escaped too quickly. : )

Oh that coulda worked. I have that class every Tuesday so I'll get another chance. Though I never saw him from the front so I just gotta kinda hope he still has the brown hat.

I had mine open during FSL6000 at UT St.George, (UTM is so far!),but it was in the evening, I don't wear hats, and I don't watch Catz' stream.
This sounds like a game of clue.
EDIT: and my desktop is the sad zealot.

HoMM the Estonian woulda made it quite a bit cooler, what with the whole "I commute every day from Estonia thing." : )
And Torte, I actually forgot about that ! If I remember right thats actually how the conversation started. All I remember is just a few days later you got promoted. Then I had my BW phase, came back to Sc2 a month later with a different race, and am now stuck forever in diamond. T_T

I was sad when Sc2 removed my home, the Observatory.
But yeah there's two glaring white boxes at the top of the screen when youre not logged in. Boxes I never see because I'm always logged in. : )

maybe change the name of the thread so it has the name of the class on it too or something, or the university, then he might be more likely to open it. or talk to admin and have them hunt him down by IP

That's right, me and Torte were just clownin' dawg. : )
Though I dont think we said anything that suggested (aka pretended) it was him, that was just some guy who said it randomly ! Also Catz was probably one of the only featured streams up, wasn't that great of a time. ^^
Edit: @goswser, the [UTM] is our school, University of Toronto (at Mississauga) and I mentioned the class early on since titles cant be too big. Good thinking though. : )

6) Guy I heard from a distance singing the Banelings song
