I have no idea why I think like this, it's quite funny since it's something I usually think of and something I will never ever do.
here's a example:
I'm with my friend smoking a cigarette and having fun with a conversation, could be something about starcraft 2 or some type of sex stories. Then it's really all rainbows and unicorns until something crosses my mind like "what If I spontaneously punch his face?" "what will be his reaction?"
This is usually the case, or sometimes when I drove through an intersection I see myself being crushed by another car and see myself dead.. fucking cringes me but at the same time I feel like man why the hell did that get in my head?
Also these are all things that I thought of, usually would happen, even sometimes I'm having a good conversation with someone here.. then I also think spontaneously "What If I diss this guy a big FU"? I know I'm going to be banned but maybe he would also think? LOL what the fuck was that about?
I dunno, maybe it's GTA stuff that got into my brain or playing/watching too many psycho stuff.
Don't get me wrong, I'm a pretty happy dude. life is great and stuff, everything is pretty much provided. Also great friends to hang out with and a loving fiancee to care for. but I don't know If I'm the only one of think of these things. Also big question here is Am I a PSYCHO?

I think it's not that uncommon/weird for strange/ridiculous ideas to pop into your head as though you were contemplating 'for the hell of it' "what if..."
Am interested to hear other people's responses....

Pretty sure this is fairly common stuff to happen to people. Least if it's not, and you're psycho, so am I.

Lol I have these occasionally as well.
As long as they aren't intrusive in the sense that you can't get them out of your head, they are normal. However if they pester you all day and you try really hard not to think of them but they still come, that might be the beginning of obsessive-compulsive disorder (one of the symptoms of OCD are persistent, obsessive thoughts that you can't get rid of). The key is really to just, not worry about it. If you try to not think about it, it makes it even harder not to. So yeah if you do have that issue, the thing I wouldn't do is to try to not think about things, just let it flow...
Sorry if i scared you there haha...I just finished a course on abnormal psychology. But yeah sounds like you are normal, nothing to really be concerned about.

From what you describe, you have nothing psychologically wrong with you. We all have thoughts like that to a varying degree, don't worry!

I have similar strange thoughts. However, I don't think its anything different than the average guy seeing a girl on the street and having sexual thoughts or something.

I've had a lot of these, mostly about apocalyptic futures, such as if only everyone in this train car/room survived, how would human life be, and who would have a relationship with whom?
Sometimes, you come up with funny combinations. I think I'm kinda weird in this aspect.

lol, i think about stuff like this all the time too. that's why i try to stay home as much as possible. at least i don't think about my computer suddenly blowing up all the time.

I get the same things sometimes. I'll be in a restaurant, and the waitress will walk up to my table and ask me what I want to drink. Ill go, "Pepsi". To which she replies, "Coke okay?". I'll get a brief image in my head of flipping the table over and screaming "HELL NO!!!", but instead I just go, "Sure". I think everyone gets these weird ideas in their heads every once in a while. "What if I pulled the parking brake while driving", "What if I jumped in front of class and did something retarded", "what if I actually talked to that hot girl", stuff like that. :p

Similar stuff happens to me also. I think it's just my imagination being overactive more than anything else, maybe it's the same thing for you. You're not psycho, don't worry.

a lot of the time when im driving on the freeway i just wonder.. what if i just turn the wheel super hard right now and just hit the center divider and total the fuck out of my car. or smash into another car. idk why.. and it makes me think im crazy too lol. guess its normal!

I too think of these twisted 'strings of reality' from time to time.
I hate them  , and I try to change my train of thought ASAP.

Sometimes when I'm at a store or another area I'm just like "What would happen if I just took this"
Or when someone is next to me I can be like "He could just start strangling me out of nowhere"
It doesn't show up on the surface at all however so I'm fine.
It's just strange stuff our head does. Maybe some realization or "warning" of possible dangers that came into us from evolution, but probably not lol.

Every 5 mins while driving I have imaginary moments here I drive off a cliff and die horribly. It doesn't affect my day or anything, nor am I terribly afraid of driving. It is more of just my brain exploring possibilities.
It is completely normal to have this as long as you don't actually do it.

I think its just human nature, everytime i get to the edge of a cliff, or a high balcony i just think 'what if i jump off'. Of course i know damn well what will happen, but it just seems to be a part of our psyche.

I think of crazy shit all the time too. Usually it would be too strange to share with those around me at the time.
As long as it's not interfering with your day to day life then I would say you are fine.

Everytime anyone sends me some hate mail on xbox live I like to come up with some crazy message to send back to them to try and make them be like wtf. For example one I sent was "I want to poop in your pants". Now this isn't quite the same as what you are talking about, but it shows that there is a difference between thoughts and actions because I would never actually do something of this sort.
