He was never realy far ahead in game 9 after bunny defended the first attack he still had 2xCC makeing scv's and 2xmule and had a better income even if Plexa expanded faster. Yes he could have done better and defended the last attack but that wouldnt put him ahead since he was behind in workers.

That's what I was worried about =/ his OC didn't die and idk why I thought running up his ramp was a good idea. Should have just planted some ffs, teched and recovered my probe numbers.

Or he could have just walked in with his army and killed everything before the bunker went up... After killing that many terran units with FF traps, you can snowball your advantage. It's one of those things that you learn from game sense after playing enough PvT, when enough damage is enough...

I'm disappointed in Plexa. I originally thought Pokebunny would sweep the series so the result isn't the problem. I'm just upset with you throwing away games after you had the advantage.

I never 4gate. Evereverever. Perhaps out of all my 1000+ games played I've 4gated about 10 times. But yea, I'm terrible.

You had the same problem in game 6 where you overestimated the ability for terran to recover from losing half his army and held off :S

Yeah I'll be working on those... it didn't help that I hadn't played for about two weeks preior to three days ago. I guess massing 120 odd games wasn't enough T_T.

I figure if I didn't play stupid in the first 4 games I might've had a better shot.

u really like pulling ur probes alot lol, in the 9th game u pulled like all of them when u didnt really need to, just shoulda microd your units better

The bigger story should be how serious Pokebunny played. No fun times at all? Not a single nuke? Oh and Plexa I needed some cannon rushes in my life

The only map which is good for cannon rush is Metalopolis, and only when the spawns are close. Otherwise it comes too slow. I played about 15-20 practice cannon rushes against Corinthos and we came to that conclusion. In game 6 I got close positions but after my cheese failed in the first 4 games, I decided that playing standard would be better - especially since Ares[effort] msg'd me after the 5th game saying that if I had countered instead of defending I would have been in a really good position. So I felt that a standard game would have been better.

I actually took this so seriously (which I shouldn't really be admitting, since I lost). But I can read pokebunny like a book now. Every game I knew exactly what he was doing, except for the xnaga caverns games - that's a new build. Basically Pokebunny's tells are this:

1 Marine -> Tech Lab -> 2rax maramarine poke into expand
0 Marine -> Tech Lab -> 1rax mara concussive (sometimes poking) into expand
2 Marine -> Teching

If pokebunny techs he has two main builds
-> Thor Rush -> countered by DT
-> Hellion drop into Banshee -> countered by DT

Hence why on the first Xnaga caverns game when I saw 2 marines I knew he was teching and I instantly proxy DTd. That build is timed so that DTs will win the game against either of Poke's builds but
a) he scouted it (wtf? you never scout)
b) he did a build I hadn't seen before

Further on the 2nd xnaga game he did the same timing push (which is a good push btw) and took me out. If he had played 2rax expo then I would have been in a better position and it mightve looked more like game 6 (that MC build is super strong on xnaga due to the wide nat).
