Men At Work was an Australian reggae-influenced rock band and "Land Down Under" is a very relaxing and funny tune about looking at their homeland from a different angle (the one from the top =P). This song caught my attention because of the flutes. I never thought reggy rock with flutes could be so nice.

Hodgson's fame isn't nearly as big as his talent, but I wasn't aware of that until a friend of mine showed me this gem. It is a song about growing up and experience the world getting bigger and more confusing. Many people can relate to...

You might know this song by Metallica's cover, but the original version is itself the definitive one. I always get myself thinking how simple and yet so deep this song is. It all fits together, from Seger's voice and simple guitar melody to the lyrics and the weeping saxophone. I can just say it was love at first sight.

I know this is not as "classic" rock as the 3 ones before it, but I had to pay tribute to the Queen Of Metal. Just watch it and listen to Doro Pesch in all of her glory =D

Don't know how many of you know Rush besides "Tom Sawyer" / "YYZ" but they got really good stuff. This song was made out of dream ALex Lifeson had, and it's very "proggy". I recommend you give it a try. It's just prog magic.
