I would get this one ^^ because it allows you to do a range of motions, including wide flys. With most pull up bars, they are limited to the width of the door frame but this one is not. It doesn't require screws either. All it needs is a proper length door frame and you can't be over some amount of weight (i think like 300 or something) | ||
